How a custom profile is made
- Send your design — a cross-section drawing (DWG, PDF or JPG) with dimensions and wall thickness, or a sample or clear photos with dimensions.
- Quotation — one written offer covering the mould and the profile: mould cost, mould lead time, MOQ, alloy, temper, finish, packing and Incoterm.
- Mould making — after you confirm the drawing, the mould (extrusion die) is made for your profile.
- Production — your profile is extruded and finished: anodised, powder coated or wood grain. Samples before production are available on request.
- Packing & shipping — seaworthy packing and loading from Shenzhen or Guangzhou. FOB, CFR, CIF and others on request. Full payment before dispatch.
